Cherry & Lime Posset
The Jasper

I had to Google it but it should be well known! A posset is a British cold set dessert containing cream and usually lemon. 🍋 

The Jasper’s version is a whole lime filled with lime zest and juice, heavy cream, sugar, and reduced Maraschino cherry juice. Then garnished with Maraschino cherries and mint leaves. 🍃 

This isn’t a regular item (but will likely pop back up) and costs $8.

Scoop Flight
Ruby Scoops Ice Cream & Sweets

Best way to start the weekend. 🥄 Every Friday Ruby Scoops (an RVA fav for sure!) does a flight of 6 ice cream scoops.

Flavors change all the time, but you can get the scoop (yes, I’ll forever be and continue to be corny with this ice cream reference 😁) on flavors in their Instagram Stories.

Sangria is always a good thing, but it’s nice for it to be pretty too. 😍 

Not sure of the specific wine used, but the sangria is filled with a variety of fresh fruit. And really, does it matter which wine? 🙃
